I just love this picture taken by their auntie in the Everglades. Full of swamp and alligator farms, this is definitively something to check out if you ever come around here!

Seisme/ Earthquake
Tadashi and his family are OK as they live ner Nagoya, west of Tokyo.
Hopefully the other earthquakes are going to end, they get nearer and nearer to him....
I hate earthquakes

Journees de Maya a l'ecole/ Daily life in Maya's school
I asked Maya's school to give me their classroom schedule, it gives you an idea what Maya does at school (pre-kindergarten type of center/ private school, 180 dollars PER WEEK.....!!!!). Look at the pictures below.

Texas
Greetings from Galveston Island, Texas!
Was supposed to fly to NY and be there for 5 days, and the client decided to change it to Texas because of the bad weather.... It was a real marathon trying to reorganize everything in 5 days, was more than stressed and exhausted.
But the hotel is nice (link below), my room was on the 16th floor with oceanview. The group of participants were nice too. The resort have this amazing outdoor pool at 84 degrees Fahrenheit (29 degrees). I swam 2 times there in the evening and swimming in this warm water while watching the stars and listening to some outdoor music, it was heaven!

J'adore! I love it!
Such a delight to park your car in this country. Cars are everything here. You bring your kids to school and leave them there without even going out from the car. You bring your trash by car. You take money out by car. You leave the precription and pick up your medecine by car. Those are just a few examples of my experience here which have taken me by surprise.

But there is one thing I absolutely adore here it is to park. Forget about Parisian or Insead car parks, place has its values. Impossible to scratch the car next to you. Too much space for that. Impossible to miss the parking spot while manoeuvring your car, you can only put it in that space as it is so wide. So much joy, thank you!!
4 kids (Hannah, Maya, their new friends Lilia et Joshua) can barely cover the length!

Uniform/ Uniforme
Coming from France where we have no uniform in public schools, it was something I had to learn, here is a flyer we got explaining what to get.
Et le resultat donne cela:
And here is the result:
